As President of TMA World-Americas, Terry specializes in the human challenges of globalization, organizational strategy and design, cross-cultural management, global leadership, global teamwork, and futures thinking.
He has designed, developed and facilitated numerous professional development programmes for clients in N. America, Europe, and Asia. In 1994 he was awarded the ASTD International Professional Practice Area Research Award.
Terry has authored or co-authored several books on global management. Someone once said to him "Creative writing has no place in business." His answer: "Thanks. I'll take that as a challenge!" The result: Where in the world is my team?
